Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: 15 days from delivery date

Non-Returnable Items: Worn footwear, personalized/custom items, clearance/final sale products

How to Return

  1. Initiate Your Return

  2. Receive Authorization

    Within 1-2 business days, we’ll send:

    • Return authorization (RMA)

  3. Package & Ship

    Include in your package:

    • Original packaging and tags
    • Completed return form
    • All original contents

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as returns, specifying your desired replacement (size/color/style). We’ll ship replacements once we process your return (subject to availability).

Important Notes:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
