Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn footwear (including all boots, sneakers, and sandals)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items
  • Clearance items (marked as final sale)

How to Return Your Order

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for US customers)

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your return using the original packaging if possible. Include:

  • The completed return form (included in your original shipment)
  • All original contents of your order

Step 4: Track Your Return

Keep your return tracking number for reference. We’ll notify you via email once we receive and process your return.

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as returns, but clearly indicate in your email:

  • The item you wish to exchange
  • Your preferred replacement (size/color/style)

We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return (stock permitting).

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Timeline:
    • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.

International Returns

For customers outside the US:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations.
